Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) Class
Licensing is now required by law to purchase a new handgun in Maryland and this course must be taken prior to submitting an application for a Handgun Qualification License.
In this four-hour course, you will learn state firearm law, home firearm safety, as well as handgun operation. Applicant must also demonstrate an ability to safely fire a handgun.
Every student is required to sign a waiver of liability before each class.
